Viapath Analytics is looking for a Band 8a Quality Manager to join a team of Quality Managers led by our Senior Pathology Quality Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems for Tissue Sciences at Guy’s and St Thomas’s Hospitals (GSTT), London.
The successful applicant will have experience of laboratory quality management and quality management systems, preferably in a Cellular Pathology discipline, e.g. current Quality Lead or Officer. You will have experience of preparation for, and participation in, UKAS assessments; incident/non-conformance investigation; and laboratory audit.

As a Quality Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Senior Pathology Quality Manager, offering Quality, Governance and Patient Safety assurance to the laboratory Leadership team, with an accountability to the Service Delivery Manager for Tissue Sciences.
The post holder will be an experienced key member of the GSTT Quality team developing and maintaining quality systems, working with the Operational team and quality leads of other disciplines to deliver the quality policies and objectives at Viapath Analytics
